2009 CLAAS LEXION 595R combine on consignment from a local farmer, offering exceptionally low hours for its age with less than 2,300 engine hours and less than 1,325 separator hours. This machine is equipped with tracks, 4-wheel drive, power-folding grain tank covers, and an Ag Leader grain monitor system (less display - customer used w/ an Integra). It appears to be in very nice overall condition and has been stored inside in the owner’s shed for the past several years while not in use. The owner provided a detailed service history showing substantial maintenance and repairs over the years. At approximately 1,824 engine and 1,036 separator hours, the combine received engine oil and filters, hydraulic oil and filters, transmission oil, and work including gearcase service, an impeller wear plate, and rebuilt main separator engagement cylinder. A new turbo was installed at approximately 2,136 engine hours. At approximately 2,190 engine and 1,285 separator hours, additional work included a new APS cage, oil seals, multiple variable-speed and drive belts, return oil hoses, feeder house countershaft and bearings, feeder house floor seal, spreader motor seals, feeder house floor pins, and other related repairs. The feeder house chain was replaced at approximately 1,311 separator hours. The owner's notes also indicate three sets of pre-concaves and a newer interior. The combine is offered here individually (price as marked), or for $100,000, it can be purchased as a package with both heads pictured: a 2014 CLAAS F535 35-foot flex grain head and a 2015 Capello Quasar R12 12-row, 30-inch folding corn head with knife rolls and auto row sensor.
